We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Orbit. This policy explains our refund terms and how to request a refund if needed.
1. 14-Day Refund Period
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If you’re not satisfied with Orbit for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- The licence must have been purchased through orbitspatial.io (not through a reseller)
- You must provide the email address used for the purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. Every refund can be requested this way, whichever channel processed your payment.
How your refund is processed depends on who sold to you:
- United Kingdom and European Union purchases are sold by South Loop Studios Limited. We process your refund directly to your original payment method, including any VAT paid.
- Purchases from all other countries are processed by Stripe’s Onelink service as merchant of record (“Sold through Onelink” on your receipt and card statement). You may also request a refund directly through Onelink support from your order confirmation email; Stripe may issue refunds — including any statutory cooling-off refunds required in your country — within 60 days of purchase. Refunds always include any sales tax you paid.
4. Bought Just Before a Sale?
If we start a sale within 14 days of your purchase, contact us and we’ll refund you the difference between what you paid and the sale price — no need to return anything or rebuy. Include your order number or purchase email.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
6. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your licence will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to Orbit. Any active installations will stop working after the next licence check.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Licences purchased through third-party resellers (please contact them directly)
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
8. Your Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights. In particular, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you may have a legal right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days, and separate legal remedies — which can extend beyond 14 days — if digital content is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. Nothing in Section 7 restricts those rights.
